About us
The Trinity Artificial Intelligence Society (Trinity AI) is the student-run AI society at Trinity College Dublin. We bring together students from every faculty, from computer science and engineering to business, economics, law and the arts, who want to understand artificial intelligence, build with it and have a say in how it shapes the world.
Through the year we run talks with leaders from companies like OpenAI, Mastercard and Y Combinator startups, hands-on workshops on AI agents, large language models and machine learning, build nights, and the Trinity AI Hackathon. Our Ethics department runs debates and policy sessions on responsible AI, AI safety and the environmental impact of data centres in Ireland.
Trinity AI was founded in September 2026 and runs as part of the Trinity Entrepreneurial Society (TES). Membership includes a free Claude subscription through Claude Builder Club. Whether you're new to AI or already shipping projects, there's a place for you at the AI society in Trinity College Dublin.
